What size should I buy?
Due to our varying molds, some styles display lettered sizing, while others can display numbered sizing. Please visit the size chart page to compare sizing. We do not make shoes in varying widths (like narrow or wide), but specific styles may work better for different foot shapes. Email us if you need help selecting the right style for you.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! However once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it. Once you have received your unwanted order please email us to start a return or exchange.

How long does it take to process my order?
Your order will usually take between 1-3 business days to be processed. Watch your inbox for a dispatch notice and a tracking number. Please email us if your order is taking longer than expected to be dispatched.
Where are Okabashi shoes shipped from?
Our shoes are made in the USA but we ship from Brisbane, Australia.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Visit our shipping page to see all shipping times. Within Australia, express shipping can take between 1-4 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer standard delivery with full tracking at a flat rate of AUD $25.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange please email us at info@okabashi.com. All shoes are to be returned to the following address: PO Box 6506, Mitchelton QLD 4053, Australia.
Am I eligible for a return or exchange?
Please visit our returns & refunds page to see if you are eligible for a return or exchange. If there are an issues with your order please email us.
How long will it take for me to get refunded?
Once we have received your returned order, please allow between 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed.
Do I cover the shipping costs for a return or exchange?
If you wish to return your shoe/s, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, for an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs to send the exchanged shoe/s back to you.

Where are Okabashi shoes made?
All of our shoes are made in the USA. However, we ship from Brisbane, Australia. Our factory is located in Buford, Georgia where we are proud to be part of the remaining 1% of footwear manufactures in the USA.
How can I wash my shoes?
The easiest method is just by throwing them in your washing machine! If you prefer, you can scrub them with a brush in your sink, or even using the top rack in your dishwasher! No more nasty foot germs.
What materials are your shoes made of?
Our vegan bio-based material is made up of US-grown soy and recycled scrap that is kept in a close loop system!
